U.S. Orders

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, AnnaGraceDream will ship only to valid physical address, and does not ship orders to post office boxes. Shipping is free on order over $1,000. Shipping cost will be informed via email and on invoice.

International Orders

For any non-U.S. orders, customers must use Order Form & Money Transfer Option (see Payment Policy), must bear all shipping & handling costs (we use DHL as our preferred courier) & risks of delivery. No Refund on any items.

For any Japan orders, the shipping recipient name and address will be printed in English.

​To protect and secure your valuable purchases on delivery, we employ the following measures :-

1. Securely packed in our beautiful lined jewelry box with Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag.

2  FedEx or DHL Next Day, 2 days or Ground (3 days) per customer choice or​ registered USPS Priority Mail after cleared payment.  

​3. USPS delivery tracking system with parcel weight record proof.

4. Buyer's signature confirmation upon delivery.

You will receive a note of package arrival from the post office if you miss the delivery, please take the note to your zip code attaching post office for the pick-up with your identity checked and your signature for package release. ​ We will contact you to ensure the package is properly received.



Special request of Overnight Shipping is catered, and customer is responsible for all costs of the overnight shipping and handling charges, and will be advised in email on the actual charges.

​All pearl items are normally make-to-order, please allow 8-12 business days for items to be shipped after cleared payment. Items will be shipped faster if we have ready-made stock.  Jade items will take 3-5 business days to be shipped after cleared payment.  Custom items may require longer time to complete.  We will advise you in email if there are exceptions. Urgent requests are accepted per case basis.



Ship Monday to Friday.  If you place the order before the cutoff 2:00 PM EST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.  ​If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.



Shipping of multiple orders to the same address will be combined in one package.
