RETURN for REFUND policy is applicable to all AnnaGrace's Pearls & Garnets.  NO RETURN for REFUND ON ANY ANNAGRACE JADE ITEM or Item on AG Flexi-Pay Scheme to minimize risks of fraud, loss or breakage during transit of these high value items. No Refund on any Non-U.S. orders.



Return Condition, Grace Period and Address:- 

Our fine quality pearls should meet or exceed your expectations. Your purchase items are securely packed inside our lined jewelry box with our Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag that you can clearly view the content and the quality inside the bag. If you decide to return the item for refund, you must keep the Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag with the purchase item intact unopened uncut in original condition before you make a return.​

Refund Conditions:- 

We will offer full refund (minus shipping and handling fees) after we receive the items in original condition with the Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag intact unopened uncut. Customer is responsible for all return shipping & processing fees. We will send you check for the refund.​



Return item must be post marked within 7 days of the original shipping date: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original package. Please read NO REFUND CONDITIONS below carefully​.



Upon receiving your return for refund, we will examine the items to ensure they are in their original condition. If so, your refund or exchange is usually processed within 7 days. If not, and the return falls into any one of the highlighted conditions below, then refund will not be processed with email notification.

​Items / Conditions that CANNOT be accepted for refund at the original purchase price, if:​

​1. Once the Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag is torn or cut open, the item is not returnable for refund.

2. Any item that is completely missing or with evidence of damages (scratches, dents, burned, deformed, breakages or smashed into broken pieces, etc.) due to customer negligence, wear, alterations, re-sizing with missing pearls or clasp or substitutes of other materials other than the original sold item, even with the Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag unopened.  

3. More than 7 days from the original post marked date.
4. Custom or Bridal Multiple item orders.

How To Prepare A Return

To return pearl jewelries to us, follow our easy three step process:
1. Contact us for Return Code (RC).

2. Write your RC next to our address on the invoice, and on the outside of the box (next to your address) you are returning.

3. Package Your Return.  Make sure item you are returning is well-padded with the Sealed Tamper-Proof Plastic Bag unopened intact and item inside in original condition to avoid damage during transit. Please ensure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches. Include all original packaging, invoice (sales receipt) and collateral material. For secure reasons, do not write wording of jewelry items anywhere on the outside of the box.

Insure Your Package

On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier.*
- $500 or more: Ship your package via US Postal Service insured for the total value of the contents. If you wish, you may request a return receipt at a nominal fee that alerts you once AnnaGraceDream has received your shipment. On shipments of - $1000 or more, we recommend using US Postal Service Registered Mail™ for optimal tracking capability. (FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500 and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $1000.)
