To know your bangle size, there are two easy ways (see pictures on right) :-

First Way without Bangle

1. Please measure (ruler or ribbon or string etc.) the distance between the high points of the knuckles of your pinkie and index fingers, or on your palm behind the knuckles. 

​2. ​​C​hoose a bangle that is 0-3 mm larger, Choose larger if you will always take off the bangle, but remember to choose within 0-3 mm range. For example : If you measured 53 mm on inner diameter, you can choose bangle size within 53 mm - 56 mm. 53 mm will be just fit and looks right on hand, and 56 will be easier to take off and looks looser.

Second Way with Bangle
Put the bangle on to see if it passes below the knuckles. If it does, the bangle fits you. If it does not, the bangle may be too small for you.

To put the bangle on or to remove it, simply put some lotion or soap on your hand and wrist, to help ease the bangle on or off especially those seem smaller​​​​​. Or you can wear a fit plastic glove (with slippery effect) first before putting the bangle on. Easy.
